Westerners are always shocked when bad country makes media about their past, glorifying parts of it. Not like we don’t have piles of Western media doing exactly that while also being filled with fabrications.
It’s because in bad country, everything was always bad all the time, there was never a happy moment of a moment of positivity, not even hope against impossible odds, because it is illegal there. And the only things that keeps the people going is hoping that one day the US will invade and liberate them all. Just don’t ask them about it, because they’re all forced to lie by their evil government.
