    Hey yeah I’m still running it but I had some life stuff come up the past few weeks so been a little bit sporadic. I’m a big fan of it, I like the high frequency, compound lift based full body split, I like the baked in conditioning, I like the rep range and intensity which is a little further away from maxing out keeping my joints nice and happy. I think for the average guy that’s not trying to max out hypertrophy it can definitely be great choice.
