This will enable Ukrainians to call, text and use their mobile data from Ukrainian phone numbers in the 27 EU countries at no extra cost, and extend the same benefits to end users from the EU who may be in Ukraine.

      The only weird thing for me remains their countrycode, +380. First time I saw it, I thought it must be a wrong phone number, a bit counterintuitive.

        Is it still 10 numbers in total? In the Netherlands we have +31 and almost all numbers start with a 0, so it probably wouldnt look strange to me. (Local lines are by city, the big ones for example have round numbers 010-, 020-, 040- and the smaller ones have something like 011-, 023-, 049- etc., then commercial lines are often 0900- or 0800-, and mobile lines are 06-; which means the full number with countrycode is +31 0… )

          yips. must be 10 numbers. but they have phone numbers like +380026… iir. Anyway I thought there were too much zeroes or something? and that someone accidentally put in the 0 of (06)…^^

          But then I counted it, and it was a total of 10 numbers.
