Some accounts act like bots, bringing content “automagically”. We have no rule against that. It’s only considered spam when their post have commercial interest. In some particular cases, if it’s political interest (not spam, but propaganda) it might be that we remove the content and/ or ban the user. This post is neither case imho. I’ll ignore your report, don’t be mad. Thanks for the concern though.
Look at the poster’s profile and have a glance not only at the 17 articles they post every hour, but go and look at their comments.

This is the fourth time you post this. Are you going to follow me across the website?
I’ve had a look at his history, it’s been more than 4 times and he commented basically the same under multiple entirely unrelated posts
Pretend all you want.
No need to “follow” you anywhere when you post 50 articles every 15 minutes. Why do you spam so much, don’t comment at all?
(It’s a rhetorical question, I know you don’t answer questions put to you nor would I ever believe it a good faith answer.)
Yeah, that guy is just going around providing relevant content to multiple communities … what a bastard!
Not creating conversation, not “providing relevant content”, but spamming.
You really don’t know the difference, or you’re just childishly pretending?
I don’t believe a single person actually has trouble knowing what I mean, but lots of people in bad faith will pretend as if they do.
Why don’t you just block the user tho?
It’s like 3 clicks .__.
