Not much context to give, honestly! Pope Francis I made a visit to Mongolia in the early 2020s as part of his efforts at interfaith dialogue, and the Mongolian government gave him a warm reception. They do like their history there, so displays of traditions and equipment - as pictured - were involved when he met with the President of Mongolia.
