Yeah that it may be but it’s not written by him, I would bet on Keir Starmer writing it, or someone that writes for Keir Starmer. Trump just met him and Keir has used the language used here along with the phrase paper tiger in speeches about Ukraine in the past in exactly the same context.
The only part that resembled Trump is the capitalization of BIG so it was a weak attempt by whoever wrote for him
