They’re referring to Disney’s decision to change a trans character to cis in the Pixar show Win or Lose. While it’s pretty clear that Trump being elected played a part, as it happened in December, Trump wasn’t even in office yet, so this was Disney being transphobic in anticipation of the incoming fascist overlords. Not really the same situation at all.
Never heard of that. Not surprised it didn’t spark more outrage. Kimmel on the other hand is a household name.
