Here, we set our individual goals and register our progress throughout the week.
[Nov 3rd]
Couldn’t exercise properly the past two days due to pain after removing a tooth. Analgesics didn’t agree with my stomach and I won’t take opioids. Cold packs did wonders though, and kept pain at bay as long as I didn’t move around too much.
I’m feeling much better today, almost painless. Already cleaned the whole house (my cats had turned it into a warzone this weekend) and I’ll probably have a walk after the sun sets and do some stretching, since I can’t lift weights until next week.
Let’s keep going! 💪

I’m definitely interested. My goal last week was to not have my knees/lumbar discs explode and my goal this week is to get over whatever demon illness my kids brought back from school but I’ll be back on track soon.

All right I’m getting back on the horse tomorrow come hell or high water. I also have to figure out some lower back and knee strengthening accessory work or I’ll end up in the same spot.

Almost. I had my wife do some RDLs yesterday and she got mad at me though.
Today will be my third day in a row to the gym. I’ll start with a 20 minute run, then continue with a full body circuit of probably 4 exercises. I think today I’ll do dumb bell bench press, squat, overhead press, and a seated row. Tomorrow I might take a rest from weights and do a long run instead
I was a daily exerciser until last week. Hurt my shoulder pretty bad, afraid my rotator cuff is badly strained :(
Still can’t do anything more than lift like 10lbs with that arm right now. Will get back to it when I can and keep people motivated when I can :)
Oof, sounds painful. Take care of that shoulder, comrade.
How is that shoulder going?
Improving for sure, but still can’t work out and the weight of my arm hurts after a time, so I can’t run or such either without pain. Giving it the weekend before I start pushing myself!

My goals for the week (total) are: 500 pushups split between wide arm and pseudo planche, 500 body weight squats, 200 pull-ups, one hill run.

My objective is going to the gym 5x, but I’ll probably have to remove a tooth tomorrow, so it’ll be stretching and walking for a while.

Hey, comrade! Were you able to do some exercising since then?
I don’t really have any goals other than to not sit at the computer all day long. I’ve been doing at least 30 crunches before bed and typically I go for a walk with my partner most nights. I’ll keep doing that.

So far so good. Crunches every night and walks every day :)

Legs and shoulders stretching.
I’ll have to have another tooth procedure, cause there’s now a communication between my mouth and one of my sinuses. So I guess that’s more time without going to the gym.
[Oct 31st]
No exercise today! Got a new procedure done on my tooth and needed to stay quiet. Although this time I could eat as long as it wasn’t anything hot, so I got that going for me today 😸

Removed a tooth today, no exercises for a week 🎃👎
Will try to do some light stretching that doesn’t involve bending my head down
