Thai floods? Other than Thailand being mentioned in the subtitle, I wonder why they are called Thai floods. The Reuters (credited) articles don’t mention Thailand either.

Edit: Seems like they have edited the title and subtitle and removed the mention of Thailand. I mean, Thailand have their own floods, too, so I was wondering how they were related.
