              Well yeah but i was mainly saying like they dont ever turn the lights off. When it does happen due to power outages a lot of times it causes mass panic, and civil unrest. Even before electricity cities kept fires burning all night long. I don’t think your ever gonna convince people to stop doing that. If you want darkness at night you are kinda forced to not live in a city.
