A fearless sea otter has a history of misbehavior in its family. Its mother was known for approaching boats and kayaks.

      Came here to say that. Would love to see this on camera. Might watch a movie about it, though I admit it’s unlikely the movie wouldn’t be really stupid and childish.

    Why is wild life trying to catch the otter? Get rid of the pests surfboarding on his turf. imho
