Danke! Technisch kann ich die Entscheidung halbwegs nachvollziehen, und wie sieht es rechtlich aus? Hat das schon mal jemand gerichtlich prüfen lassen? Wenn ja, und (unter Auflagen?) erlaubt: wie hat das Gericht die Entscheidung begründet? Bin Laie, hab 0 Ahnung, aber das hat jetzt mein Interesse geweckt…

Been there, done that. Only thing I learned is that everyone has their kind of issues, and upper + top management has too many psychos. So thanks, I’ll take your advice and will just be weird :)
