Despite having an (extremely blurry) set of fingers on her left arm, it’s visibly shorter than her right arm which also appears to be short compared to her head. Again, technically possible, but the more I look at it the less my brain perceives this as real.
Correct. First one is Kurt Cobain of Nirvana and the second one is Hayley Williams of Paramore. It’s a joke because they look vaguely simar in those photos with the way they’re dressed and the person that responded took the bait.

It was none of those things actually. It’s impossible to objectively judge our own artworks. We can analyze it, tell others what we think are the strong and weak points, but it’s extremely common for most people, especially when it comes to art, to judge it with a much higher degree of scrutiny that we do not reserve for others.
It’s something I’ve had to work through myself, both with my art and myself as a person. And with that comes an inherent distrust of others opinions of themselves and their work, especially when it’s excessively dismissive or pessimistic.
Those teacher notes still occasionally visit me in my nightmares.
I think your art is probably better than you think. We’re all our worst critics.

I think most MonHun fans will agree that Wilds has the best gameplay experience to date. It’s such a damn shame that’s overshadowed by just how genuinely awful the performance is. I want to keep playing it so badly but I just can’t be bothered to do a full computer restart and force close as many programs as possible just to run the game at a mediocre 45-60 fps where everything looks like a slurry of artifacting on a 2070 super and an i7. Ugh…

If that was true, that trend wouldn’t exist in the first place. At least one person had to legitimately hate or at least exaggerate disliking the word for that idea to spread, so it stands to reason that more than one person organically disliked the word independently. That’s not even considering outliers like folks with synesthesia who may perceive the way the word sounds much differently than most do.
You do realize that phobias are inherently irrational right? There’s no appeal to it. It just is.
