I think there is a slight difference. Ooves is slightly longer and softer sounding than oofs.

A spanish waterdog, with a mix of herding/hunting/working instincts. I’m pretty sure the only emotions that influence his behavior are his own. So I get more socks when he is either anxious or excited.
My dog did the same, so I just taught him to bring me my socks in the morning. Either yesterdays socks lying on the floor or I’ll toss a new pair on the floor for him. When he gets excited for walks he’ll bring me socks. When I come home he brings me socks. When I take my socks off because it’s hot, he’ll bring them back… but at least he doesn’t chew them anymore. And he loves the little chore.
It’s awesome that you are cycling! If you learned only 1.5 months ago and are already doing 20 mile rides you are doing great. Your body probably needs to adapt to the movement a bit, so I wouldn’t worry too much about speed just yet.
About six days while hiking a part of the appalachian trail and camping.
We have the reverse. My boyfriend can clean the whole apartment and still leave it looking messy, whereas I only clean when absolutely necessary, but will keep stuff tidy.
With my parents, I see that they try to be equal in the work, but my dad rarely comes up with stuff to do on his own, so my mom always has to ask for every chore. He came from a “traditional roles” family, so probably suffering the after effects from that.
I’m dealing with the worst stomach flu of my life and I have a 10 hour train ride in a few hours. Wish me luck!
Sharp sad that stabbed me in the guts and big sad lying on my chest.

Sometimes I add tofu for extra protein and cheese when it fits in my macros for the day (you can also add chicken I guess, but I’m vegetarian)

Not every arm exercise uses the same muscles and some muscles are stronger than others. Biceps are used mostly when you do curls, and those are very strong. For lateral raises you use you shoulders and they are weaker. So don’t feel bad if you have to start with a low weight (or even none) the first few weeks and progress less fast than with other exercises, thats completely normal.

Most universities have one general translation help service and science has a lot of field-specific weird terms.
And then I realize I would have most likely died during birth anyway…
