1·4 days agoThe number of frames it renders before a crash is so random that I start to believe that this may be a hardware problem.
To test this, I just ran CineBench. GPU and multicore CPU. Nothing. No crash, nothing. No games crashed, even the ones with Unreal Engine.
No other program shows any problem, so I don’t know if I should waste time testing the RAM.
Image sequence. So one alternative solution can be to just force through; restart rendering after every crash. The 3.5 h test rendering (25%, few samples) will probably take one or two days.

In one blend file I removed almost everything, and it still crashed. A few minutes ago I removed the shakify camera animation and rendered all 840 frames with Eevee without any issues. Tried it with the full version of the project, and it crashed, so it’s not the Shakify extension.
Even without AI, you can’t find Neocities sites there because DuckDuckGo relies on Bing.

So far, anything can be explained without calling out censorship.

121·19 days agoWaiting for new seasons is annoying. But what’s making me angry is writers pitching an idea, getting green-lit, and then we learn they don’t have any plan.
I would suspect every writer starts with an idea that includes a beginning and an end. Not so much for television writers. See the current documentary about season 5 of “Stranger Things.” They went into filming of the final episode without a finished script. They really didn’t know how the show would end.
“Lost” was similar. They had an idea and then piled on one mystery after another without a real plan. They even changed what they worked on when fan theories hit too near.
