It’s rather cluttered and any surprise guests get to see my undies, but I figure I’m saving money. The heater warms me and dries the clothes at the same time

Interestingly enough I had used mulch in the past, before I realised how big a problem it was (the oxalis that is). That didn’t work, but the birds were happy scratching it everywhere

Spent a few hours in the garden today, mainly weeding and clearing up, and the thing that really surprised me was how dry the ground is. Thought with the rain we’ve been having it would be damp, but no. This also explains why a fair few of the plants out there are kinda sad. A watering system is now on the to-do list
