1·1 day agoAlso if at all possible and it doesn’t work out woth the first therapist try another (and maybe another). I know it can be an absurd amount of work to get a therapist but for me it took like four or five until t really clicked but then it was kinda scary how good ot was.

312·5 days agoTitle kinda doesn’t make sense to me, they argue to donate monthly instead of a lump sump which I can understand, a lot of individual artist / podcasters etc prefer this as well, because it’s easier for them /Gnome to work / plan with a steady stream of income instead of random payments here and there.
Which I totally understand. But personally I’m not a fan of lots of small amounts cluttering up my (digital) bank statements every month, so I tend do just do “amount I’m comfortable to pay monthly x 12” once a year (sorry 😬).

I learned Inkscape / Scribus / Krita (which was not easy after 15+ years hooked on Adobe BS) while still on Windoge, had used Linux before so the switch was really painless.
