Just some pathetic cis white boy from Canada’s worst province who never amounted to much of anything. Work in a grocery store that is mostly okay, but don’t make enough to live off so I’m resigned to just trying to not cry too much every day. I have a partner I dearly love.

  • Redditors never beating the charge of failing media literacy tests repeatedly over and over.

The Reddit post is about one superman Stan who’s angry that he saw allusions towards a colonizer destroying a nation of brown people. Basically a self report, he knows it’s bad in the movie and can’t rationalize how superman would deal with Israel in the realm world.

The others on the thread are scolding the op for missing how the movie isn’t making obvious allusions to Israel so therefore it isn’t making it to anything. Except maybe Russia Ukraine? They then go on to say how it’s andor all over again where everyone said that was related to Israel Palestine and obviously it was just about the French and Nazis and therefore there was no possible connection to Israel at all. These people should only be allowed to watch cartoons for toddlers which they might be able to keep up with.

  • I’ve been working my way through Hades 2, the new extra difficult bosses are indeed extra difficult with any of them able to clip a death defiance off me. The final bosses in particular are extra rough and I’ll have to learn how to fight them a bit better. The new aspects have been pretty fun to play with as well.

Slowly making progress on horizon forbidden west as well. It’s not mind blowing but it certainly is one of those explore big map and get more powerful type games. The plot is quite fun as far as sci Fi future stories go and I find myself always enjoying the story beats when they happen.

  • I work retail and make 22 bucks an hour. It’s fine. I get by with assistance from a partner. I don’t think I’ll ever own a house.

But there’s no way in hell you ever get 48 hours. You can’t get 38 hours. Hell I’m lucky if I get 30 hours. I do get benefits. Because we have union.

48 hours a week retail will break your body. You’re either standing not moving at all and that fucks you. Or youre stocking shelves with giant ass heavy shit bending down to uncomfortable stances and ruining your knees, back, shoulders and probably something else. It is not an easy job physically.

  • Alternating between horizon forbidden west and my Kotor 2 playthroughs (playing along with more civilized age, so I’m doing light and dark side).

Finished lies of P Overture, and it’s really great. The initial release was insanely overtuned and boss would basically kill you in a single hit. They added difficulty modes so turning it down did result in you surviving two attacks but that was it. The patch that came out after week basically fixed them below new game plus 3, so you didn’t have to perfect parry their entire movement to win the fight. I liked it and it establishes some more cool lore for that setting.

  • Damn I barely made it through one playthrough of the game. The gameplay is good, but they constantly are burying it under horrible exposition, and what passes for a joke to gearbox, and terrible pseudo open world levels that make you learn for the days of the corridor shooter. Don’t even get me started on that God awful home base hub ship that seems designed to frustrate you. it’s not big but suffers from one of the worst cases of “big town problems” than most RPGs with actual big towns.

I do love me some numbers go up though so maybe I’ll dip into Tina’s wonderlands some more.

I’m sorry but maybe-later-kiddo this is obviously fake.

Everyone knows North Korea doesn’t get the sun. It is always perpetually overcast to give the nation a doom and gloom look to it. Everyone knows the people of North Korea haven’t ever experienced happiness and if they do they are taken by a commissar of emotional regulation and given 5 minutes to control their outbursts before they are killed and sent to work in a gulag.
