Several weeks of classroom urinal use education plus simulator time followed by 10h or so of practical urinal use accompanied by an accredited urinal use instructor, and finally six months or 100h of urinal use accompanied by a licensed urinal user over the age of 18. Then you can take your urinal use written exam and practical test for your license.
